Reaching Out to the Millennial Generation to Know the Father's Love

Serving God v. Serving Self (Luke 16:10-13)

As we began to focus on the "Now" Generation, the children from United Christian Academy came to the platform to continue the Litany of Prayers. Principal Dr. Abraham Moses has faithfully included his students in the CRNDP youth segment since 1990. What a positive example they have been of commitment, service and passionate love for Jesus.

The assembly prayed that all youth would have a personal revelation of God, that they would know the Father's Love.

Also, that they would forgive their earthly fathers for not knowing how to love them.

A number of our nation's youth are growing up without fathers in the home or father figures in their lives. A heartfelt call went out to "Father the Fatherless", and to instruct them in the ways of obedience, purity and passion.

Many of our young people love God with all their heart. However, how they express that love is unique and personally their own. This was evident through a poem recited during the urban expressions presentation. We must embrace youth in their uniqueness and we must encourage and lift them up to fulfill kingdom purposes.
